Mr. Ittig joined Lynch, Gilardi & Grummer in 1980 and became a partner in 1984.  His twenty-seven years of trial experience includes a wide variety of cases.

Mr. Ittig’s present practice is primarily devoted to Labor & Employment Law, Professional Negligence, and Complex Business Litigation, including trademark, trade secret and class action issues.  He is a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the San Francisco Intellectual Property Association. He frequently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court.

A native of San Francisco, Mr. Ittig studied at both the University of Santa Clara and Gonzaga University, where he received his B.A. in 1974.  He earned his J.D. in 1978 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.  He also recently received a Ll.M. in International Law from the Golden Gate University School of Law.

Mr. Ittig is licensed to practice law in California and in numerous Federal Courts.
