Mr. Bogdan joined Lynch, Gilardi & Grummer in 1986 and became a partner in 1993.  He serves on the Legal Advisory Committee of the California Association of General Contractors and is a member of the Labor & Employment Section of the State Bar Association of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.

Mr. Bogdan devotes his practice to Labor & Employment Litigation and Counseling, Construction Issues, and Products Liability and Medical Device Actions at the administrative, trial and appellate levels. A frequent feature writer, his articles on construction liability issues have appeared in California Constructor, Daily Pacific Builder, and the McGraw-Hill Construction Newsletter.  His employment law articles have appeared in California Labor and Employment Law Quarterly, The Job Description, and For the Defense published by the Defense Research Institute.  He has lectured at Lloyd's of London, the DRI Employment Law Committee Annual Meeting, the Legal Advisory Committee of the California Association of General Contractors, and a variety of public and private audiences on employment and contract issues.

A native of the Bronx, New York, Mr. Bogdan received his B.A. in Political Science with honors and distinction from Pennsylvania State University in 1983.  He earned his J.D. from Boston University in 1986, where he received the Bernard E. Farr Estate Planning Award.

Mr. Bogdan is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals – Ninth Circuit, and in the State of California.
